It sounded like you tried 2 methods to cast the bottle shadow. Any ideas? I would contact my printer but I amdesperatelytrying to look professional to them )) Looks exactly as I wanted but I have no idea whatsoever how and if it will print. Tried to create a matching oval shape (content - none, colour - black) and give it drop shadow with minimal offset and standard blur and I slid it underneath the bottle - also changed the opacity of the shadow a little. tiff.(included alpha channel, too) - imported it to quark layout and set the channel to alpha in the MODIFY windows under PICTURE tab - looked almost there but has a strange white-ish tint where the circle(shadow) becomesis fuzzy. On my layout, I have an image of the bottle "clipped" with a alpha channel on a coloured background - looking good:) I wanted to create a circular shadow underneath this bottle as if the light falls on it from the top instead of using the default dropshadow options.įirst, Icreated a semi transparent file in PS, saved it as.
